partman-target software package provides Provides partman with ability to prepare /target, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install partman-target
partman-target is installed in your system.
Make ensure the partman-target package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep partman-target *
You will get with partman-target package name, version, architecture and description in a table
